In fact, even Gov. Manchin made a rare appearance in the pressroom last week, saying he happened to be in the neighborhood. (He evidently had a meeting with one of the legislative auditors, whose offices are just down the hallway here on the dungeon-level of the Capitol.)
After regaling the press corps with accounts of his Fiesta Bowl experiences, the governor looked around the pressroom, and asked, "So, where does Cindy sit?"
